RATES & POLICIES

Our current rate for individual therapy is $300/session. Please contact us to discuss our fees for other therapy services and speaking engagements.

OUT-OF-NETWORK INSURANCE PLANS:

We accept major insurance plans, such as United Healthcare, Aetna, Beacon Health Options, Cigna, Empire BlueCross BlueShield, NYSHIP (Empire Plan Mental Health), Oscar, Oxford, etc. as an out-of-network provider.

Most out-of-network plans cover 50% – 80% of the session cost once the annual deductible amount is met.

Contact your insurance company and ask about details of your benefits (see suggested questions on the right).

If you are looking to use your out-of-network insurance benefits, we will provide a monthly invoice for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. We will walk you through the steps needed if you are new to this.

QUESTIONS TO ASK YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY:

Do I have out-of-network benefits for mental health services, outpatient visits?

If yes, what is my annual deductible amount? How much of the deductible amount have I met within this plan year?

Once I’ve fully met my annual deductible amount, what percentage of the cost do you cover?

What is your acknowledged rate for service 90791 (Intake Interview) and 90834 (Individual Psychotherapy) respectively?

How many sessions are covered? And in what time period?

On which date does my plan reset every year?

How do I access the form(s) needed to submit a request for reimbursement?

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, & Flexible and Health Care Spending Accounts. Please let us know about your preferred payment method at the beginning of your services.
