Most people experience feelings of depression at some point in their lives. It can be a result of life transitions, change of career, loss of significant others, medical issues; or it can be due to low self-esteem, body image concerns, underperformance at school or in the work setting, estranged relationships with their partner, parent, or child, etc. We will work with you to not only effectively manage the symptoms (such as significant changes in energy level, appetite, sleep, concentration level, loss of interest, etc), but more importantly, to address the underlying reason(s) for your depression.
