Whenever we’re dealing with people outside of ourselves, things will always get more complicated. Whether with close friends, spouses, or partners, relationships require constant maintenance and collaboration in order to work. When done healthily, they can provide security, affection, hope and fulfillment but being humanly imperfect means they also bring pain, stress, confusion and hurt.
Some common issues you may struggle with in relationships include lack of trust and intimacy issues, conflicting values and opinions, lack of boundaries, and divergent communication styles. More chronic issues will include patterns of dysfunction, experiences with infidelity, addiction, and abuse, wrestling with codependency, and relational trauma.
Whatever it might be, we want to help by providing the structure and space to explore these issues. Through evidence based intervention and empathetic moderation and acceptance, we can help facilitate growth, healing, and resolution in your relational challenges.
